Ward&Co. is happy to offer free 3-4 day USPS Priority Shipping on orders over $50 that are shipped to destinations within the continental United States. For orders less than $50, we offer a flat-rate 3-4 day USPS Priority Shipping for $6.95 per order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world through various methods, most frequently through the USPS. A flat rate of $14.95 will apply to all international orders.  Please note that due to security restrictions, we cannot ship alcohol-based products (fragrances, etc.)

We usually ship orders within 24 hours of placement, and will send an email confirming shipment and estimated delivery time based on the availability of your items.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is simple - we want you to be pleased with any purchase you make from us, and if not, we want to know about it immediately.

If you’re unhappy with any products ordered from our store, Ward&Co will accept returns for a full-refund or store credit, pending the product package has at least 80% of the product remaining. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or you can call us at anytime.
